Booking Policy: A minimum 40% deposit is required to hold your reservation with balance of payment to be recieved 14 days prior to arrival to confirm your booking. Cancellation Policy: A $20 booking fee applies to all cancellations. If less than 14 days notice is given the balance of payment will be refunded if we can rebook the accommodation. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures due to circumstances beyond our control. Booking Dates may be changed, however a $20 fee will apply.
